Sweet Chocolate and Raspberry Tart Recipe
This Sweet Chocolate and Raspberry Tart is a rich chocolate crusted dessert with a layer of sweet raspberry jam and fresh raspberries, all topped with a creamy chocolate ganache. It is ideal for any special occasion or dinner party.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Pulse flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a food processor until well combined.
- Pulse in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add the egg yolk and pulse until the dough forms a ball.
- In a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom, press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides.
- With a fork, prick the bottom of the crust all over.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to completely cool on a wire rack.
- In a small saucepan, melt raspberry jam over medium heat.
- Spread the melted jam evenly over the bottom of the cooled crust.
- On top of the jam, arrange fresh raspberries.
- Melt chocolate and heavy cream together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the raspberries.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
- Chill before serving.
