Dark Chocolate Tart Recipe

  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl set over simmering water, melt dark chocolate and butter.
  • Mix in the caster sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
  • Mix in the flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  • Fill a greased 20cm tart tin halfway with the mixture.
  • 20-25 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are slightly cracked.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
