Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine the flour, butter, quark cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix everything together until a dough forms.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and cut out 6 circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  • Trim any excess dough before pressing it into the muffin tin.
  • Combine the apricot preserves and apricot jam in a small mixing bowl.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly between the tart shells.
