Mini Apricot Tarts Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares and place one in each muffin tin.
  • Warm the apricot jam and water in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.
  • Brush the melted jam mixture over each pastry square.
  • Each pastry square should have an apricot half cut side down.
  • Sprinkle sugar on top of the apricots.
  • Brush the pastry's edges with melted butter.
  • Bake the pastry for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the apricots are tender.
  • Warm or at room temperature, serve.
